Festival appearances and other important news will be featured here and be accessible from the website.  For getting the news in your email inbox, we invite you to subscribe for news and marketing offers.  We are continuing to make important updates and improvement to the site, so regular visit to the site would also keep you updated.  Because what we are trying to achieve is different from the norm, we are having to take small steps and involving a great deal of specialists, so it is difficult to give a date when every section of the website would be completed.  And anyway technology is changing so frequently that I am of the mind that updates and improvements would be a permanent occurrence.  Follow us on our social media and support our artists by going to see them when they are gigging (Tickets would be on sale here.) Buy the CDs and records or download their music from here.  (I am afraid  it wont be free, but we hope the cost will well worth the quality of the product.  From our point of view "Value for Money").  Octaviamusic believe in "Keeping Music Real."

This section of our website (Our Blog) is where your activities and performances will be displayed promoted (Career and product) when you subscribe as an artist of Octaviamusic, ( Octavia Multimedia Group Ltd ).  This is one part of our promotional tool within our music platform.  There are many other elements and promotional tools within our organisation, which would only be available to you as a subscriber.  Because your success is as important to us as it is to you, we are taking these steps to ensure that we cater for only those who are committed to achieving success with their career, no matter at what level.

Every subscribing artist would be treated as an individual according to contract and agreement.  That is why we have not adopted the kind of platform which allow you to pay a small subscription and remotely download your music, which to us works as a notice board and relies on you doing the work of directing customers to it.  We want your success to reflect your ability and desire and our four level of subscription give you a choice to choose what level of support you need in getting there.

The music industry is a giant in the economy of nations and indeed the world, it crosses all continents and borders.  It can be understood in every language and culture.  Michael Jackson's popularity proves that.  And for many years it has brought great wealth to a few, whilst the many struggle to etch out a living from it.  The mindset is that of giving free downloads in the hope of being picked up by some A & R God and thereafter release the floodgate of success.  Well there are many documented stories that tells a disappointing fact.  For me I understand the difficulty and hard work needed (and taken by so many wannabes).  For instant college to learn, then endless practice, (Time and dedication) the cost of the instrument and the maintenance of it, transportation, insurance, cost of rehearsal, studio and the work needed in getting the music recorded, CDs, records, etc.  And after all that you value your work so little that you give it away free.  In my view, if you don't valve your work, how can you expect others to value it?  I believe the mindset need to change, that is the key to changing the culture that dictate making music your career leads you to a punishing and disappointing future.  Octaviamusic believe musicians could make a career in music that aid their domestic living, without having to take other demanding (on your time ) and less rewarding, when time spent there could be spent perfecting your craft.  And it would take the musicians themselves to prove us wrong or right.  So come a subscribe to our platform and stat the process.
